To remain consistent and fair with all clients the following policies are in effect and will be applied without bias.


Brand Rules:

Alter Ego® Bottles and Brackets, commonly referred to on this website as 'Bottles & Brackets', are exclusively for Alter Ego® personal care amenities.  While we try to accommodate all client's needs, for liability reasons no exceptions can be made.


Prices are subject to change without prior notice.  Prices shown on our website are not guaranteed.  However, it is rare that Club Amenities changes prices, we really like being consistent because we know our Clients depend on our pricing to meet their budgets.  If we have to change prices we do try to notify everyone at least 30 days in advance, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reach everyone.  Club Amenities makes every effort to show the correct price on our website, while we try our very best to have accurate pricing, there might on occasion be an incorrect price.  If that happens, the current price will be charged, not the website price.



The minimum order is $100.00.  For orders less than $100.00 a convenience fee of $15.00 will be assessed.  For businesses that consistently order less than $100.00 per order Club Amenities reserves the right to transfer your account to Club Amenities' Consumer Department.



We can ship to any virtually address in the continental United States and some U.S. Territories

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Club Amenities reserves the right to adjust freight rates of individual shipments.




All Dispensers have a limited manufacturer's warranty of one year from purchase date if the buyer uses Club Amenities' brands. Dispensers have a three month limited manufacturer's warranty if the buyer is not using Club Amenities' brands.  Although we make our dispensers to last for many many years in a demanding environment, we cannot control the ingredients that other manufacturer's choose to use and the result of those ingredients on our dispensers. 

Club Amenities includes Mounting & Care Instructions with each dispenser.  Failure of buyer to adhere to these guidelines may result in bodily harm and property damage that Club Amenities shall not be held liable for under any circumstances. If you need a copy of the Mounting & Care Instructions specific to your dispenser please contact Club Amenities' Business Department at 1-800-578-5455.  


All Alter Ego and Finnish Line brands, as with all hair and skin care products that have substantial organic and natural ingredients, have a one year shelf life with a corresponding warranty for unopened products.  If the buyer uses Alter Ego or Finnish Line brands beyond shelf date Club Amenities shall not be held liable for any resulting damages. Therefore it is important to purchase only that amount that a business can reasonably use within one year.  Club Amenities reserves the right to refuse to sell based on usage history of that business and other factors, however the selling of products to buyer does not imply any responsibility for inventory levels or usage on the part of Club Amenities.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise, the original and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  When returning an item the customer is responsible for any additional shipping insurance.  Failure to properly insure a return item will result in no refund at all if the products are damaged or lost during transit.  Please contact us if you need assistance in determining proper insurance.  

For customers with house-accounts a credit on account will be applied to your house-account.  For customers that do not have house-accounts you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.  To return an item you must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from us.  Without a RGA your return will be refused at our Receiving Department and shipped back to you at cost to you.  Please call us so we can help you.
